Registration for on-site seminars/ workshops:

Our on-site seminars enrollments are high and the classes fill very fast. Thus, early registration is encouraged to guarantee your enrollment. Pre-registration required. Register online is highly recommended especially for on-site workshops.If NOT pre-registered/prepaid, there will be an additional $10.00 charged paid at the door (Cash only). If pay at the door for on-site workshops, only MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS’ CHECKS OR CASH are acceptable. To register via mail, simply fill out the enrollment registration form and mail it with your payment to SHINY MEDICAL RESOURCES, INC.,

A confirmation notice will be emailed to you FIVE DAYS prior to the seminar date (if you added your email address to the registration form, your confirmation will be sent to you via email). If you do not receive the notice, please call us to confirm your registration.  You can register online and use PayPal or bankcard convenient payment methods.
Please Note: If you registered online, please print out the confirmation and bring it to the class. No additional confirmation will be sent unless there is a change in the class location.

For self-study courses, please follow the instruction for each course. 

The course materials would be emailed to you after the payment and registration is confirmed.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change and/or cancel on-site seminar dates, times and location. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the scheduled seminar starting time. If unforeseeable natural disaster or war attack causes class cancellation, we reserve the right withholding the paid tuition/deposit.
