Group Discount Policy

Group Discount Policy

1. For your distribution purposes, we can email you our website link of the group discount offer.

2. In your group, including yourself, five (5) or more participants to attend the same class at the same scheduled dates, everyone receives a $20.00 discount off the full tuition.

3. We reserve and guarantee your group the reservation up to two (2) weeks before the scheduled class date.

4. If someone decided to join after you turned in the list and deposits, the individual must call us first for availability. The class might be full, and we might not accommodate the last-minute request.

5. Normally, we request the full tuition to be paid up front for pre-registration. However, we’ll give your group the privilege of only depositing $80.00 from each participant.

6. Upon receiving your list of participant names and the deposit, we will mail/e-mail a confirmation letter and the direction/map to the individual participant.

7. The participant must pay the balance of the tuition in CASH, CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER, or CASHIER’S CHECK on the first day of the class.

8. If for any reason, the participant decides not to attend the class, the $80.00 deposit would be forfeited.

9. If the participant decides to change the scheduled date to a later date, the $80.00 deposit will be applied to the next available class. This is one-time only for rescheduling. However, the participants will lose the $20.00 group-discount privilege. The full amount of tuition balance is expected (less the initial deposit) to pay at the time of the class.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. A main contact person/ coordinator from your group.4495365_s

2. The coordinator needs to reserve the dates of the class from our schedule and to give us an estimation of participants from your group.

3. The coordinator compiles a list of the students/participants with names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers.

4. The coordinator collects $80.00 deposit from each of the participant. Personal check, money order or cash are acceptable.

5. At least two (2) weeks before the scheduled class day, the coordinator mails/delivers the list and the deposits to our office.

6. If you are going to mail the deposits to our office, please do not send any cash.
